Pasta & Broccoli

1 ½ lbs of angel hair pasta (or pasta of choice). Cook as directed.
1 head of broccoli steamed or 16 oz frozen. Cook as directed.
Mix and set aside.

In a frying pan, saute on med heat for 4 to 5 mins the following:
½ cup olive oil
4 garlic cloves crushed
Pinch of red pepper flakes
Chopped basil. Shake on top till very lightly covering
½ minced onion (optional)

Done when the garlic turns light brown. Too brown and the garlic will get a bitter taste.

Pour over noodles & broccoli
