Dinner for 2 Menu: Beef Tips Diane (tender beef tips smothered in classic Diane sauce. Key elements: Brandy, Dijon, heavy cream, beef stock, mushrooms) with Pappardelle with Caramelized Onions (Rich egg noodle pasta tossed with fresh herbs and caramelized onions), Roasted Vegetable Medley (zucchini, yellow squash, asparagus, grape tomato, red pepper, garlic and olive oil), Artisan Dinner Roll with Butter and Strawberry Tiramisu.
