Celebration of Marriage

Celebration of Marriage is the opportunity to recognize and lift up couples who have endured in their marital commitment to each other, celebrating 25, 40, 50 or more years of marriage.  Each year the Bishop presides over an anniversary Mass in which couples renew their marriage vows, and then gather for a light luncheon.  Certificates, door prizes, and pictures with the Bishop cap off this event which truly highlights the importance of Marriage, in an age that desperately needs this witness to authentic married love.
