Redeeming Administration

Few of us got into ministry or business thinking “I’d really like to add more scheduling and budgeting and answering email to my day,” but often it is the administrative side of our work that consumes a great deal of our time. Ann Garrido will invite us into a deeper reflection and prayer on the spiritual dimensions of our administrative work – highlighting communication skills that can make the tough stuff of administration more manageable.

Ann Garrido, author of the award-winning books Redeeming Administration (Ave Maria Press. 2013) and Redeeming Conflict (Ave Maria Press. 2016) will talk about what she has learned from talking with more than 5,500 administrators across North America about the ways they find themselves being transformed by the work that they do.
