Faith on Fire Kick-off Mass

Families in the Rapid City area were invited downtown to kick off the school year programs with a Mass and dinner in downtown Rapid City. Father Brian Christensen celebrated the Mass with priests from the Cathedral of Our Lady of Perpetual Help and Blessed Sacrament concelebrating. During his homily Fr. Christensen reminded parishioners that, “Jesus desires to dwell within us. Sometimes he needs to stop us in our tracks so we will open up to him. We are blessed and in the most difficult times he will be with us. He feeds us. He puts his very life within us and that makes us blessed.”
