Duc In Altum schedule released Duc in Altum (“Put out into the deep” – Luke 5:4), a summer catechetical youth program from the Office of Vocations, is being held this summer in a parish near you! For grade school youth (grades 1-6) the program theme is “Revelation and Salvation history and the Luminous Mysteries” and runs Monday- Thursday 9 a.m.- 2:30 p.m. The day includes catechetical instruction, daily Mass, songs, and games.

For middle school and high school youth (grades 7-12), the program runs Sunday-Thursday 7 – 9 p.m. studying “ Eucharistic Revival Pillars.” The group will also learn about Eucharistic saints and miracles.

Duc in Altum combines catechesis and having fun. The youthfulness and energy of the teachers is contagious. Come out and join us! All are invited at a potluck dinner on Thursday at 6 p.m. Registration is available through the parish office. Participants in the grade school program should bring a sack lunch and recess equipment.
