Here are some important details about the Diocese of Rapid City’s Pilgrimage to the Congress being held in Indianapolis on July 17-21, 2024.  We have partnered with Corporate Travel Services, the official travel agency of the National Eucharistic Congress to assist us in planning the trip.

In general, participants in our Diocesan pilgrimage will need to complete a two-step registration process.  First, please register with Corporate Travel.  They are providing lodging, transportation and a continental breakfast for our trip.

Here are the details:

Step 1: Register with Corporate Travel*

*Current pricing is only guaranteed through December 31st. 

  • Registration requires a $250 deposit.  Subsequent payments are due in December and April.  The cost for double occupancy will be $850/person, including motorcoach transportation to and from the conference as well as during the conference. 
  • There will also be an option to just choose ground transportation during the conference.  The price for that will be $650/person. We highly recommend double or triple/quad occupancy because we have 40 rooms reserved for 75 passes.  If you are single, but willing to share a room with another pilgrim, please note that you will need to register for the room together. Corporate Travel will not put people together.  If you would like me to assist you in finding a roommate, please let Shawna Hanson know. She is happy to connect people with one another.  
  • The total cost of the pilgrimage has been reduced by a generous subsidy by the Diocese, but if further financial assistance is needed, your pastor may also be willing to help with the cost of the trip.  
  • AFTER you register with Corporate Travel, they will send you detailed instructions for the second step of the process: registration with the National Eucharistic Congress.

Step 2: Register with the National Eucharistic Congress using the details sent from Corporate Travel after you complete Step 1.
