The whole Diocese of Rapid City is blessed by the perpetual adoration chapel at the Cathedral of Our Lady of Perpetual Help. Since April of 2014, dedicated adorers come before our Lord Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Their commitment allows others to visit and pray at any time between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. when the Cathedral doors are unlocked.

Wondering how you might spend an hour with Jesus? You can read scripture, pray the Rosary or Divine Mercy Chaplet, meditate, or simply rest quietly in his presence. Many adorers find peace, strength, and renewal in these quiet moments.

Recently, the Cathedral received a beautiful new monstrance for exposition. Our Lady’s Chapel offers a serene, intimate space for prayer and reflection before the Eucharist. If you have not yet visited, you are warmly invited to experience this grace-filled opportunity — Jesus longs for your presence.
