‘Bring the Gospel to them’
The RCCSS celebrated back to school with an All Schools Mass at the cathedral, celebrated by Bishop Peter. Homilist Father Mark McCormick reminded the students, “When you go out to go out, you go out in the name of Jesus. You go out in the name of your community, St. Elizabeth Ann Seton and Thomas More. You bring the Gospel to them.” Following Mass, Bishop Peter and Father Andrjez Wyrostek, Piedmont, were presented with a rosary that the students used to pray for healing while they undergo cancer treatment.
