Refuel Conference for Religious Educators

We are each here, on purpose, called to holiness and to mission. Yet the noise and distraction of modern life wage a constant war on our attention, lulling our hearts into a spiritual drowsiness that keeps us from fully answering that call. This Refuel conference invites ministry leaders and volunteers to examine what truly holds their attention, what fears hold them back, and what it would look like, in their ministry and everyday life, to fully embrace their unique role, in building God’s kingdom, as missionary disciples.
The retreat will begin at 4:30pm on Friday and conclude by 4:00 pm on Saturday. Mass on Saturday will be celebrated by Bishop Bullock.

This event will count for 5 hours of ongoing formation for CLEM members or permanent deacons.
Keynote Speaker
With 25+ years of ministry experience with college students and young adults, Ryan O’Hara continues to serve the Church across the country through speaking, consulting, and podcasting. A trusted and sought after preacher and teacher he has spoken to thousands of people around the world. Ryan is passionate about seeing Catholics center their lives on Jesus Christ and become disciples who generously live and share their faith with others. He has a B.A. in History from William Jewell College and an M.A. in Theology from the University of Notre Dame. Ryan and his wife Jill live in West St Paul, MN, and are parents to four teenage and young adult sons.
