| Representing both east and west river dioceses, more than 170 high school youth and adults converged on Stanley County High School in Ft. Pierre for the high school youth rally on March 30. This year’s theme was “Adore.” The event included speakers, games, Mass with Bishop Blase Cupich, and music by GodStruck.
Chris Stefanick, Director of the Office of Youth, Young Adults and Campus Ministry for the Archdiocese of Denver was the featured speaker. |
In his first talk, “True Love,” he spoke about chastity and God’s plan for love and relationships. After his talk he held a question and answer session. His second talk of the day focused on Mass. He used Blessed Miguel Pro, Mother Teresa, Pope John Paul II, and others to highlight their love for the Mass and the courage to defend the faith.
