New Prioress

The Benedictine Sisters of St. Martin Monastery, Rapid City, chose Sister Yvette Mallow, OSB, as their prioress during an election held at the monastery on March 29. Several days of prayer and discernment preceded the election. Sister Kathryn Huber, OSB, president of the Federation of St. Gertrude, presided at the election. Following Sister Yvette’s installation in June, she will begin a four-year term as the spiritual leader of the monastery. More information on her installation will be in the May WRC.
