Berreth wins national award

At the September 2006 National Federation of Press Women Conference in Denver, Assistant Editor Becky Berreth will be honored with an award for her work at the West River Catholic. Berreth earned third place in the page layout category for the “Youth Matters” page. The division required two samples. Her entry won first place in the South Dakota Press Women Contest in April. It was forwarded to the national competition where is was judged against forty other state chapter entries.
