Celebration of Marriage

Bishop Cupich with Louis and Beatrice Rippe

The annual diocesan Celebration of Marriage Mass was held September 19 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Cathedral with Bishop Blase Cupich presiding. Couples celebrating 25, 50 or more years of marriage were honored. Louis and Beatrice Rippe, Rapid City, are pictured with Bishop Cupich. They have been married 67 years. The event was hosted by Family Life Ministries. Following Mass, a lunch was held in the Cathedral Hall served by the Cathedral Altar Society.
